Set up the property
Rooms, beds, bathrooms and an inventory checklist per area. Start from the default list and cut it down to what actually matters in your place.
One report the moment a guest leaves, capturing damage and extra cleaning for your insurance or platform claim. One before the next check-in, proving everything was there, clean and working. Both photographed in-app, both timestamped by our server, both locked.
For hosts doing their own turnarounds — and the cleaners, maintenance and lawn crews they outsource to

// Report 01 · after check-out
Guest leaves, you walk in and document before anything is touched. Stained mattress, cracked screen, missing kettle, the extra-clean job nobody should be paying for — each marked and photographed with a verified time. That's the pack you send to your insurer or the platform's resolution centre.
// Report 02 · before check-in
Once the repairs and the clean are done, run the same checklist again. Now you hold proof the property was complete, clean and functional at the moment the next guest walked in — which kills the next invented complaint before it's written.

Sample photos from a real turnover, shown to illustrate what a pre-arrival record covers. Times are illustrative — in a live report every capture time is written by our server.
// The protocol
Rooms, beds, bathrooms and an inventory checklist per area. Start from the default list and cut it down to what actually matters in your place.
Area by area. Each item is marked present, missing or damaged with a note, and the required photos are taken through the in-app camera.
The server stamps the capture time and takes a SHA-256 fingerprint of the image bytes as each photo lands. The phone's clock is never trusted.
The report becomes read-only. Share the evidence link or download the PDF and attach it to your claim or platform dispute.
// Why it holds up
Integrity measures
server clock · sha-256 · write-once
Platform support teams discount host photos because there's no way to tell when they were taken. Every decision here exists to remove that doubt.
Timestamps are written by our server at the moment of upload, not read off the device. Nobody — host or cleaner — can back-date a turnover.
Every image is hashed with SHA-256 and the digest is stored on the report, so any later alteration of the file is detectable.
No edits, no re-uploads, no quiet fixes after the fact. An unchangeable record is what makes it credible to a reviewer or an adjuster.
Evidence photos are captured during the job. There is no gallery upload, so an old photo can't be passed off as today's condition.
Photos live here for 90 days, then they're deleted. Before that you download the high-res PDF — timestamps, hashes and full-size images — so your evidence sits on your own machine, not only on ours.
We keep the report's checklist, times and SHA-256 digests indefinitely. Years later you can re-hash an image out of your saved PDF and match it against the digest on record.

Complaints aren't only about cleaning. "Overgrown yard", "the aircon never worked", "nothing gets maintained" — all of it is answerable with a dated visit history. Any outsourced crew can run a maintenance checklist on the same link, between stays or on a schedule.
Front and back yard photographed after every mow — edges, clippings cleared, bins in place. A dated run of shots proves the grounds were maintained, not neglected between stays.
Plumber, electrician, handyman: photograph the fault, then the finished work. The pair sits on the record with the date, so a guest complaint about a 'broken' item meets the repair evidence.
Recurring service visits logged the same way — who attended, which areas, what the property looked like when they left.
If you're paying for a service, you get to see it was done. Every visit carries the contractor's name and server-verified capture times, so invoices match reality.

Each property gets its own access link and code — one for the cleaning team, one for the mowing or maintenance crew if you want them separate. They open it on their phone, type their name and walk their checklist. No sign-ups, no app store. Their name lands on the report, they only ever see that one property, and you can revoke or regenerate the link the day a team changes.

days that photos stay stored here after a report is submitted. Then they're permanently deleted.
Download the high-resolution report and keep it on your own laptop or drive. That file is your permanent evidence — images, times and hashes embedded.

Checklists, capture times and SHA-256 digests are kept indefinitely, so a saved PDF can still be matched against the record years later.
Storage is the one cost that grows forever, and platform disputes are almost always settled well inside three months. So we cap it — and we make sure you don't lose anything: a countdown on every report, reminder emails at 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before deletion, and a warning on any report you haven't downloaded yet.
Set up one property, run one check-out and one pre-arrival report, and you'll never hand over a place undocumented again.
