What a claim evidence pack looks like

These records are business records of the short-stay operation at Beachside Apartment 2B (example listing), Gold Coast, Queensland. They were made by the person who did the work, at the time the work was done, in the ordinary course of running the property. All times are recorded in UTC by TurnProof's servers and shown here in Australia/Brisbane.

Captured in the app only

Photos can only be taken through the TurnProof camera while the report is open. There is no gallery upload, so an older or edited image cannot be substituted in.

Time written by our server

The capture time on every photo and every report is written by our servers in UTC at the moment the file arrives, then displayed in the property's own time zone. A phone clock cannot change it.

Fingerprinted on arrival

Each photo is hashed with SHA-256 as it is stored. The fingerprint is printed with the photo, so any later alteration of the file produces a different fingerprint and is detectable by anyone.

Locked on submission

When a report is submitted it becomes immutable. Lines, counts, notes and photos cannot be edited, replaced or deleted afterwards — enforced by the database, not by app screens.

Attributed to a person

Every report records who submitted it and, where an outsourced crew did the work, the business name and the access link they used. Crews never hold accounts and cannot see other listings.

Retained then released

Photo files are kept for 90 days and then permanently deleted; the report text, times, identities, fingerprints and deletion log are kept. The downloaded pack is the permanent archive.
