Refund Policy

Last updated 6 September 2026

If TurnProof isn't doing its job for you, we'd rather give you your money back than keep an unhappy host. Here's exactly how refunds work.

[1]

14-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with TurnProof, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the charge date โ€” including your very first subscription payment and any monthly renewal.

[2]

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all TurnProof orders. To request a refund:

You can also cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page inside TurnProof. After cancelling, your listings stay active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

[3]

What happens to your access

Once a refund is processed, the subscription tied to that payment is cancelled. Because of the way plan coverage works, the listings covered by that payment lock immediately โ€” your existing evidence links that were already issued stay readable, and your records (including photo hashes) remain on file. You're always welcome to re-subscribe later.

[4]

Taxes on refunds

Refunds are issued for the amount you paid, including any GST, to your original payment method. Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, Paddle handles the transaction, tax treatment and any invoicing corrections.

[5]

Fair use

The guarantee exists so you can try TurnProof properly, not for repeated subscribe-refund cycles. We may decline refunds where there is fraud or abuse of the guarantee; nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
