Download the high-resolution report and keep it on your own laptop or drive. That file is your permanent evidence — images, times and hashes embedded.

Checklists, capture times and SHA-256 digests are kept indefinitely, so a saved PDF can still be matched against the record years later.

Storage is the one cost that grows forever, and platform disputes are almost always settled well inside three months. So we cap it — and we make sure you don't lose anything: a countdown on every report, reminder emails at 30 days, 7 days and 1 day before deletion, and a warning on any report you haven't downloaded yet.

Common questions

Before you put a card in

Is GST included in the price?: Prices are shown excluding GST. GST is added at checkout where it applies, and every payment sends you an itemised tax receipt with the tax amount broken out.
Can I cancel whenever I want?: Yes. Cancel from inside TurnProof at any time and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. There is no lock-in contract and no cancellation fee.
Do my cleaners need to pay for a seat?: No. Cleaners, maintenance and lawn crews work from a revocable link and code for the property they are booked on. They never need an account, so there are no extra seats to buy.
Is there a limit on how many photos I can take?: Fair use is 550 evidence photos per listing per calendar month — far more than a normal turnover schedule needs. If a listing ever reaches it, new photos pause until the next month while reports can still be finished and locked.
Is yearly better value?: Yes. A yearly plan costs ten months' money for twelve months of cover — A$90 a listing for the year instead of A$108 — and it's one charge to reconcile instead of twelve.
What happens to my photos after 90 days?: Photos are permanently deleted 90 days after a report is submitted. Download the high-resolution PDF before then — that file is your permanent archive, and the checklist, capture times and photo fingerprints stay on record indefinitely.
